Play a round in the Grampians

The Mt Difficult Golf course began on 18th March 1996 approximately four kilometres north of Halls Gap, situated on the Red Gum Lease Road and at the foot of the Mt Difficult mountain range.
The nine holes with grass greens have been laid out on about 30 hectares of land and were designed by well-known Australian golfer Peter Thomson.

The standard of the nine-hole course has improved dramatically following the installation of an underground watering system to all tees, fairways, and greens. Green fee players are welcome and clubs are available for hire on the course.

The course is supported by members and volunteers who put in many hours to ensure the course and facilities are maintained, and the views and abundance of wildlife make for a memorable experience.
